The National Park Service seeks construction services to stabilize Kingsley Plantation’s shoreline at Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve in Jacksonville, Florida, by extending the seawall. Work includes selective demolition, installation of new vinyl and fiber-reinforced-polymer sheet-pile wall components, and associated excavation, backfilling, riprap, and shoreline restoration. The fixed-price construction contract is estimated at $1 million to $5 million and anticipates a 259-calendar-day performance period from notice to proceed.
