The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation’s Anadromous Fisheries Division seeks a contractor to source, deliver, haul, unload, and deck 750 root-attached, 40-foot Douglas fir or western larch fish logs (18–24 inches DBH) at a site near Okanogan, and to make limited access-road improvements. Proposals are due November 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PST; the performance period runs through September 30, 2027, and the RFP requires insurance and either 25% retainage or a performance bond, with a bond required for awards over $100,000. The document also says delivery is required by July 1, 2026, despite giving a posting date of October 14, 2026, an apparent internal date inconsistency.
