RFI - Uniform Modernization

Description: The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is undertaking a Uniform Redesign project to modernize its employee uniforms. The TTC operates one of North America’s largest public transit systems, providing subway, streetcar, bus, Wheel-Trans, and support services across the City of Toronto, with approximately 18,000 employees across operations, customer service, maintenance, engineering, administration, and corporate functions. Through this Request for Information (RFI), the TTC is seeking industry insights on garment innovation, manufacturing capabilities, supply chain considerations, and program management solutions. Information gathered will help inform future procurement opportunities aimed at delivering modern, durable, comfortable, and functional uniforms that support a diverse workforce.
