MOBILE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAILER RFP

Description: The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a vendor to design, fabricate, integrate, test, and deliver a custom Mobile Operations Command Center trailer. The trailer must meet FEMA Type 3 or higher specifications and include workstations, a conference area, communications and networking equipment, HVAC, a generator, battery backup, lighting, and other built-in equipment. Proposals must include separate technical and cost submissions, with the technical work following phased design, inspection, testing, and delivery milestones.
