RFP 51512 Dining Kitchen Hood Cleaning
University of Maryland, College Park’s Department of Dining Services seeks proposals from a Maryland-licensed contractor to periodically clean hoods and kitchen exhaust systems at 14 campus dining operations in accordance with NFPA 96 and applicable health and safety standards. Cleaning is to occur while facilities are closed to the public, typically from midnight to 5 a.m., and each service visit must be documented with descriptions of work and before-and-after photographs. The initial contract term begins March 1, 2027, runs for one year, and may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms.
