RFI On-Call Leadplane
The U.S. Wildland Fire Service is seeking market information about vendors able to provide multi-engine turbojet aircraft for Leadplane support in its Aerial Supervision Module Program. The Government would supply the Leadplane-qualified pilot and fuel, while the contractor would provide the aircraft, Instructor Pilot, insurance, and maintenance required to maintain FAA airworthiness and comply with Department of the Interior policy. This is an active market-research RFI, not a promise to award a contract, and it seeks vendor and aircraft capability information; it is not a grant program.
