ADDENDUM NO. 2 POSTED OCTOBER 12, 2026: to revise the due date to submit questions, revise the due date to submit pre-approved equivalent requests, and revise the due date and time of the Solicitation. ADDENDUM NO. 1 POSTED SEPTEMBER 29, 2026: to respond to questions received regarding the upcoming mandatory pre-proposal meeting. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to furnish and deliver laundry equipment, provide installation manual including installation drawings and instructions, complete programming if applicable, and provide equipment orientation on the proper use, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of the laundry equipment provided under this contract for MINNCOR Industries in Faribault, MN. Removal and disposal of existing equipment, rigging, site preparation, and installation of new equipment to be completed by others. Responders do not have to offer all line items on the Exhibit D: Price Schedule to be considered for award. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $1,231,000 to $1,505,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from November 16, 2026, to November 15, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 12 months in increments determined by the State. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. A mandatory pre-proposal will take place at the date and location listed. Responders must attend the pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their response.
