Procurement of Ultimate Training Munition (UTM) 5.56mm Man Marker Rounds in either Red or Blue for ISP SWAT operations and tactical training. Munitions requested must be Man Marking Rounds with Velocity no greater than 400 feet per second. The accuracy should be within 2in at 25 yards and non-toxic. The contract will have an initial term commencing upon the last dated signature of the Parties and shall remain in effect for a period of one year.
