Key areas addressed include K-12 screening tools for foundational reading skills and dyslexia, data-based decision-making for instructional support, parent notification and involvement, evidence-based Tier 1 curricular resources, K-12 literacy intervention resources, utilization of literacy aid funds, and a comprehensive professional development plan for educators.
