The board discussed the proposed reorganization of the town hall, focusing on office layouts and the arrangement of workspace for various departments across two floors. A primary focus was identifying the need for private, enclosed meeting spaces suitable for executive sessions, as well as establishing sufficient capacity for community meetings with a target audience of 20 people.
