The public hearing addressed the proposed Local Law No. 4 for 2026, specifically regarding a zoning amendment to reclassify 7600 Rochester Road from business to residential. The property owner provided a justification for the request, citing the inability to secure improvement loans under the current zoning designation and the need for the change to facilitate property improvements and eventual sale.
