Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals Regular Meeting
The meeting included the election of a new secretary following recent resignations. The primary agenda item was a variance request for 214 Bishop Street to construct a guest house on the property. Neighbors raised concerns regarding potential long-term occupancy, commercial use, increased traffic, and safety. The board deliberated on whether to rule on the variance immediately or postpone the matter to the following month to allow the petitioner, who was absent, to address these community concerns.
