The committee reviewed and approved a recommendation to extend the lease for the Marriott Hotel at Dulles International with Riller Dulles LLC. The extension is contingent upon the tenant securing a hotel brand that provides a full-service flag and an international reservation system. Additionally, the tenant is required to make a minimum capital investment and pay rent. The committee discussed that the extension would not interfere with potential future redevelopment plans for the surrounding land area, and negotiations regarding the hotel brand flag are expected to conclude by the end of the year.
